Together with the Institute of Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics in the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Czech Technical University (ČVUT) in Prague, we have carried out a detailed measurement of the pressure loss of the PUM68 aeration membrane and the tube diffusers in our production.
We have measured the dependence of the pressure loss of watered and non-watered elements of different lengths on the flow at several depths. Tested range of flow rates 1-20 m3/hour. A Compact DAQ (Data Acquisition) system from National Instruments was used for data collection.
